Construction Process

Most of your home is constructed in our Forrestfield yard ready to be inspected at any time.

  1. Designing your transportable

  2. Approval

As part of our service, we help you to navigate the contract process. Should you require council approval, our experienced consultants assist you with your application.

  3. Construction Begins

Most of your home is constructed in our Forrestfield yard ready to be inspected at any time.

  4. The Roof

Rooves are now insulated and installed. Generally, corrugated steel is our preferred roofing material. At this stage, preliminary plumbing and electrical work is completed.

  5. Cladding

External walls are clad to protect your home from the elements. Our technicians use various materials, such as steel sheets or fibre cement weatherboards. Once the exterior is complete, our technicians begin internal cladding.

  6. Finishing the interior

Fixings, appliances, cabinets and flooring are professionally installed, finishing your interior.

  7. Ready to move

Your house is cleaned and rigorously assessed, ready to hit the road and arrive safely at your site.

  8. Splitting your home

To be transported safely, your home is split into parts. Base sizes are designed for easy transport. Each house or building structure is typically comprised of several smaller bases located next to each other on site.

  9. Installation

The journey is complete and your home is meticulously positioned at its new location. After your home is placed, the final stages are completed in a matter of days.

  10. Join Up

The final stage involves joining the sides of your home, as well as connecting your plumbing and electrics.
